How to Size Your Bulldog Correctly for the Harness
Before
measure your Bulldog for the right harness size it`s important to make your
dog stand still and motionless. If you can`t measure your Bulldog alone,
you can ask somebody for help, because if you give wrong measurements
when make an order you can get a wrong harness size. That`s why it`s
very important to measure your dog correctly by following the
instructions given below.
Please note: inspite of great variety of dog harnesses, all of them are divided into 3 types: classic dog harnesses, dog pulling harnesses and dog vest harnesses (dog coats). And there exist 3 types of measuring for the right harness size respectfully. Let`s see all of them.
Classic Dog Harness (Leather, Nylon)

Bulldog Sizing for Nylon Dog Harness
1. Chest circumference (girth) is measured behind the front legs in the widest part of dog chest. This line is marked red color on the picture.
Bulldog Sizing for Leather Dog Harness

Chest circumference (girth) is measured behind the front legs in the
widest part of dog chest. This line is marked red color on the picture.
2. Neck circumference is measured in the widest part of dog neck. It`s marked green color on the picture.
Harness With a Chest Strap (Pulling Harness - H5, H13)

Chest circumference (girth) is measured behind the front legs in the
widest part of dog chest. This line is marked red color on the picture.
2. Neck circumference is measured in the widest part of dog neck. It`s marked green color on the picture.
3. Chest strap length is measured from the line of chest circumference behind the front legs to the same point on the opposite side. It`s marked blue color on the picture.
Dog Coat, Weight Pulling, Vest Harness (H13, H14, H19)
1. Chest circumference (girth) is measured behind the front legs in the widest part of dog chest.
2. Length of the body is measured from Bulldog`s neck to tail.
