• 1 - around the chest - measure under the arms, across the fullest part, around shoulder blades, trying to keep the tape horizontal.
• 2 - around the waist - measure around the narrowest part, keeping the tape horizontal.
• 3 - around the hips - measure around the fullest point of the hips.
